Head of Versatile Global Mortgage Investments

Ernesto De La Cruz leads the Mortgage Investments division at Versatile Global, bringing a strong background in structured finance, credit markets, and mortgage lending.

In addition to his role at Versatile Global, Mr. De La Cruz is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Private Lending of America, a senior secured loan originator and servicer working in partnership with institutional and private credit funds. The firm specializes in structuring senior secured debt for hyper-growth companies, receivable investments, and private equity-backed acquisitions of receivable assets. In this role, he has originated, vetted, and structured complex transactions across the United States.

Mr. De La Cruz holds both a Mortgage Loan Originator and Mortgage Broker License, issued by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, and is fully compliant with all applicable federal and state regulations.

He is also the founder of Cybertek, LLC, a technology-focused company. Mr. De La Cruz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Network Technologies and Application Development from National University College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
