Before founding Versatile Global, Mrs. De La Cruz established several related ventures including Versatile Real Estate Company, Versatile Developments, Versatile Capital Management, CCM Funding Group, and co-founded Private Lending of America.

Throughout her career, Mrs. De La Cruz has been instrumental in creating and leading multiple departments, assembling an international team of experts in Business Development, Sales, Client Management, and Operations. Under her leadership, these teams have driven sustained growth and operational excellence.

Mrs. De La Cruz has managed and executed over $500 million in loan transactions and real estate acquisitions. Her expertise spans creative financing, project funding, syndication, and developing innovative exit strategies that maximize profitability.
